turn n. 順序，次序

3. 并列連詞

4. 頻度副詞

英語中的副詞按意義分類可分為方式副詞、地點副詞、時間副詞。

時間副詞中用以表示動作發生頻率的稱為頻度副詞。

always→usually→often→sometimes→seldom→never

He is always ready to help others.

Chinese New Year usually comes in late January or early February.

I often forget very important things.

Sometimes I go to the supermarket.

He seldom goes to the library.

Tom has never been to Hangzhou.

頻度副詞在句中的位置：

①在be動詞后

You are often free.

②在情態動詞（及not）后

I can’t always listen to him.

③在實義動詞之前

I never see such an animal.

④作加強語氣時，可放在句首或句尾

Usually we wear special costumes at Halloween.

⑤seldom ,never 表示否定意義的副詞用在句首時， 句子需倒裝。

Seldom do I eat in the restaurant.

Never will I forget it.

用how often對頻度副詞提問

How often has a walk after supper?

How often does he have a walk after supper？

How often does he go to see his uncle?

How often do you go shopping? Twice a week.

5. 不用冠詞的情況

①在三餐、棋類、球類和學科前不用冠詞

I like playing football.

You’d better have breakfast every day.

②在稱呼和頭銜前不用冠詞

Mr Li is my boss.

③在專有名詞前不用冠詞

Class Three America Tom

④在表示交通手段的介詞短語中不用冠詞

He came here by bike.

Why not go to Beijing by train?

⑤在一些習慣用語中不用冠詞

⑥如果名詞前已有物主代詞或名詞所有格等限定詞修飾，則前面不用冠詞

7. not… at all
