Could you tell me how we get to the plane?

I don’t know how many bags we will take with us.

1．would like/love to do

would like/love 常用來代替want,特別在表示建議,希望等意義時,用的較多,語氣較委婉,自然.二者基本相同,前者用的較普遍.如:

I’d like to look after my sister. 我很愿意照看妹妹.

Would you like (to drink ) a cup of tea? 來杯茶好嗎?

Would like sb to do “想要某人做某事” 如:

I’d like you to wait for me. 我想讓你等我.

What would you like me to do? 你想要我做什么呢?

2.動詞take和帶take的短語

拿到 take sth. to a place: take books to the classroom

take it (food) home

帶到 take sb. to a place: take her to hospital/a doctor

take me to our home town

take the tiger to a big river

take Polly to his house

take the sheep to the field

帶……下 take him down to the first floor

帶上 take the shopping basket/Polly with you

拿出 take the basket from the boat

take the things out of the basket

3.Could you do something for me ,please? 你能為我做件事嗎?

在表示建議,請求,征詢意見的疑問句中,一般不用any或anything,而用some或something 如：

Shall we have some tea? 我們喝杯茶好媽？

Why not do some shopping? 何不去買東西呢？

4．Could you look after for me while we’re away? 我們不再時，你能替我照看他嗎？

“while”為表示時間的從屬連詞，通常用來表示兩個時間較長的動作或時間在同時進行，主句和從句的謂語動詞可用過去進行時，也可用一般過去時或一般現在時．如：

While you were reading the paper,I was doing my homework. 你在看報時,我在做作業.

John cooked supper while Mary cleaned the rooms. 瑪麗收拾房間時,約翰做晚飯.

5.Are you sure you don’t mind? 你肯定不介意嗎?

mind 是動詞, “反對”, “不喜歡”, “生氣”等,主要用在疑問句和否定句中.如:

Would you mind opening the window? 請打開窗戶?好嗎

Do you mind people smoking? 你嫌人家抽煙嗎?

mind 還可以做名詞,表示 “思想”, “主意”, “想法”等. 如:

You haven’t changed your mind,have you? 你還沒有改變主意,是吧?

常用的mind的短語: change one’s mind 改變主意

make up one’s mind 下決心

keep sth. in mind 記住某事

never mind 沒關系

6.Please speak to her in English as much as possible every day.

請每天盡可能多地用英語和她談話.

Read this story as quickly as possible.

盡可能快地閱讀這篇故事.

as…as possible “盡可能……地”, “盡……地” 兩個as之間多半是副詞.如:

He’d like to see the headmaster as soon as possible. 他想盡快見到校長.

Please come as early as possible. 請盡可能早點來.

I’d like to know as much as possible about my exam.

我要盡可能多地知道關于我考試的情況.

as…as one can 如:

I’ll return the pan as soon as I can. 我會盡快歸還這只鍋.

Miss Zhao got a medicine box as quickly as she could. 趙老師盡快拿起這只藥箱.

7.Where do the Greens stop on the way? 格林一家中途在什么地方停留?

on the way “在途中”, “在路上” the可以換成物主代詞 如:

They stopped at different towns on the way. 路上他們在不同的城鎮停留.
