“give out”means give something to many people usually on the street.

“homeless people” means people who have no home to live.

I think he has some trouble with his homework. How could we do?

Yes. we could help the boy do his homework.

Or we could volunteer in an after-school study program to teach kids.

“volunteer’ is a verb. We can say volunteer to do something. It means “help to do”

Give seat to the old, children or woman who will have a baby/help the old to go across the road/plant tress/send books to “Hope school”
