用于疑問句中，前者have提前，后者要借于助動詞do/ does/ did.

② 表示一次性動作時，have got to 與 have to 可以互換，但表示習慣性的動作時，尤其是句中含有always，often， sometimes等頻度副詞時，則用have to。
