　　　④What do you think she would like? 你認為她想要什么？

　　　⑤That’s a good idea! 好主意。

　　3、語法　并列句的用法

　　　并列句是由并列連詞(and, but, so, or)把兩個或兩個以上的簡單句連在一起的句子。

　　　例如：

　　　①I turned on the TV and we sat down to watch it. 我打開電視并且/然后一我們坐下來觀看。

　　　②We bought her a present, but she didn’t like it. 我給她買了一件禮物，但是她不喜歡。

　　　③Shall we stay at home or go out for a walk? 我們是呆在家里還是出去散步？

　　　④Harry up, or we’ll be late for school. 快點，否則我們上學就遲到了。

　　　⑤He is ill, so he can’t come to school. 他病了，所以不能來上學。

教學重點與難點

　　1、may be與maybe

　　　△may be是情態動詞may + 動詞be，在句中用作謂語，意為“也許是”。例如：

　　　①She is not in . She may be at the cinema now. 她不在家，也許正在電影院。

　　　②The money may be in your inside pocket. 錢也許在你的內兜里。

　　　△maybe是副詞，往往用在句首做狀語，意為“大概，也許”，即“perhaps”。例如：

　　　③Maybe Tom will go the Nan jing by air. 也許湯姆將乘飛機去南京。

　　　④Maybe Wei Hua is in the teacher’s office. 也許魏華在老師的辦公室里。

　　2、worry與worried

△worry作及物動詞用時，意為“使擔心”，“使煩惱”。例如：

　　　①Mr. Green didn’t want to worry miss Zhao. 格林先生不想煩擾趙小姐。

　　　②Did it worry you when I played the piano last night? 昨天晚上我彈鋼琴的時間你煩嗎？

△worry還可作不及物動詞，意為“擔心”，“擔憂”。例如：

③Don’t worry, I can help you. 別擔心，我會幫你。

④You needn’t worry about her health. She will be better soon. 你不必擔心她的身體，她很快就會康復。

△Worried是形容詞，意為“煩惱的”，“擔憂的”。常與連系動詞be, feel和look等連用。例如：

⑤Ann is worried about her birthday party. 安正為她的生日晚會著急/擔心。

⑥Mrs. White looked/felt worried. 懷特太太看上去/感到很著急。

　　3、leave的用法

　　　△可表示“離開”。例如：

　　　①He is leaving Beijing for New York tomorrow. 他明天將離開北京去紐約。

　　　②When did you leave school yesterday? 你昨天何時離校的？

△可表示“遺忘”，因此常與表示地點的詞語連用。例如：

③I don’t know the time. I’ve left my watch at home. 我不知道幾點了。我把手表丟在家里了。

④Oh, dear! I left my bag on the bus. 天哪！我把包忘在公共汽車上了。

△可表示“便……處于……（狀態之中）”。例如：

⑤Who left the windows open? 誰讓窗戶天著的？（誰沒關窗戶）

⑥Don’t leave the baby alone in the house. 不要把寶寶單獨留在家里。

　　4、be asleep與go to sleep/fall asleep 都表示“睡覺”，前者意為“睡著”，是一種狀態；后者意為“入睡”，是一種動作。例如：

　　　①Don’t make any noise. My father is asleep. 別吵鬧，我爸爸睡著了。

　　　②We can’t know when we go to sleep/ fall asleep, can we? 我們不可能知道我們何入睡的，是吧？

　　5、stop doing sth.與stop to do sth.

　　　△stop doing sth. 意為“停止正在做的事”。例如：

　　　①The baby didn’t stop crying though I did all my best. 雖然我盡了最大的努力，可是寶寶還是沒有停止哭鬧。

　　　②We’ll never stop learning. 我們將不會停止學習。

　　　△stop to do sth. 意為“停止（原來做的事），去做另一件事。例如：

　　　③You’d better stop to have a rest. 你們最好停下來休息一下。

　　　④Yesterday I met Kate in the street and we stopped to talk happily. 昨天我在街上遇見了凱特，于是我們停下來進行了愉快的交談。
